English Version — General Donation Terms
1. Purpose
The purpose of these general terms is to define the conditions under which the İMARDER Association provides its Istanbul-based website to its members, donors, and users for making online donations, in accordance with the Turkish Law on Associations No. 5253 and the provisions of the Turkish Civil Code.
2. Nature of Donations
Donations made through the association’s website are entirely voluntary and non-refundable.
Such donations do not constitute the purchase of any goods or services.
Once the payment has been confirmed, no refund may be requested except in the case of a technical error.
3. Donation Procedure
The donor selects the donation amount and fills in the required information to complete the transaction.
Online payment is processed securely through our payment providers (such as PayPal, Iyzico, Stripe, etc.).
4. Tax Receipts
If the association is authorized under Turkish legislation to issue donation receipts, such receipt will be sent to the donor electronically or by post.
The donor is responsible for verifying whether their donation qualifies for tax deduction.
5. Protection of Personal Data
Personal data collected will only be used for the following purposes:
- processing donations,
- issuing donation receipts,
- communicating with the donor.
In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), donors have the right to access, correct, and delete their data.

6. Liability
The association undertakes to take all necessary measures to ensure transaction security and protect personal data.
However, the association shall not be held liable in the following cases:
- force majeure,
- technical failures beyond its control,
- misuse of the website by the donor.
7. Modification of Terms
The association reserves the right to modify these general terms at any time.
The new terms shall apply to all transactions carried out after their publication on the website.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These general terms are governed by Turkish law.
In the event of any dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
